This means that the preschool attended by the pupil does not affect the scores in reading evaluation of the pupil.4. The pre-school attended by the pupil has no significant relationship with the scores both in English and Filipino. This means that the preschool attended by the pupil does not affect the scores in reading evaluation of the pupil. 5. The time spent by the pupil reading has no significant relationship with the scores both in English and Filipino. This means that the time spent by the pupil reading does not affect the scores in reading evaluation of the pupil. H owever, these are not the only theories that are found in management. Many ther theories exist, and they all focus on a different aspect of management. The organisational Approachis concerned with the behaviors of people at work. This theory has led to such things as human resources management, teamwork, motivation and leadership qualities. However, there are also some disadvantages that may occur. One disadvantage is that with less supervision, the employees may not work hard, thus decreasing performance.Also, there may be some bitterness between co-workers, decreasing the overall performance of the group will decrease.
